ON TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 26, 1967. <br /> THE FOLLOWING WERE PRESENT AT ROLL CALLS <br /> OtCONNOR, DOUGHERTY, BAILEY, EMONO, <br /> ABSENTS SPRINGER <br /> ALSO PRESENTS RAYMOND HAIKU VILLAGE ATTORNEY, DEWAYNE OLSONO VILLAGE <br /> ENGINEERS JOHN PRINTON, VILLAGE MANAGER, <br /> MOTION BY COUNCILMAN DOUGHERTY AND SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN BAILEY THAT <br /> THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 129 1967 BE APPROVED AS SUBMITTED. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> MOTION BY COUNCILMAN DOUGHERTY AND SECONDED BY MAYOR O'CONNOR THAT THE <br /> MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 189 1967, BE APPROVED AS SUB- <br /> MITTED. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> MR. LOU HOWITZ PRESENTED THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br /> • OF SEPTEMBER 19, 1967. <br /> IHOFE VILLAGE ATTORNEY WAS REQUESTED TO REVIEW THE LEGALITY OF THE JOHNSON <br /> GREENHOUSES AS TO THE TYPE OF BUSINESS BEING CARRIED ON IN RELATION TO <br /> THE RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED BY THE ZONING ORDINANCE. <br /> MR. HOWITZ INDICATED THAT THE RESIDENTS ON 27TH AVENUE APPEARED TO BE <br /> AMENABLE TO THE CLOSING OFF OF 27TH AVENUE N. E. AT KENZIE TERRACE, <br /> THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS HELD ON SEPTEMBER 19, 1967. <br /> THE COUNCIL TOOK NO ACTION ON THE REQUEST TO REZONE THE SW CORNER OF <br /> 37TH AVENUE N. E. AND SILVER LAKE ROAD, <br /> A REQUEST BY MR. HAUGE FOR THE REZONING OF LOT 5 PAT-PEN ADDITION FROM <br /> R1 TO R2 WAS DENIED. <br /> MR. GORDON HEDLUND DISCUSSED AT LENGTH HIS REQUEST FOR THE REZONING OF <br /> PROPERTY NORTH OF 39TH AVENUE N. E. BETWEEN SILVER LAKE ROAD AND PENROD <br /> FROM R2 TO COMMERCIAL. NO ACTION WAS TAKEN BY THE COUNCIL TO REZONE THE <br /> PROPERTY. <br /> MR. DAUSNEY REPRESENTING MR. HUSNICK9 VADNAIS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, <br /> DISCUSSED HIS CLIENTS REQUEST FOR THE REZONING OF PROPERTY NORTH OF <br /> MEDTRONICS INCORPORATED FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL TO MULTIPLE, R3. HE <br /> REQUESTED PUBLIC ACCESS ACROSS THE PART OF THE PROPERTY WITHIN THE COR- <br /> PARATE LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY PRIOR TO THE HOLDING OF A <br /> PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ZONING MATTER. ON THE ADVICE OF THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY <br /> THIS REQUEST WAS DENIED. MR. BAKKE REPRESENTING MEOTRONICS, INCORPORATED, <br /> STATED THAT HIS FIRM HAS NO OBJECTIONS TO THE REZONING OF THE PROPERTY. <br /> • MR. OAUBNEY SUGGESTED THAT A MEMBER OF THE ROSEVILLE PLANNING BOARD BE <br /> INVITED TO THE ZONING HEARING TO COORDINATE THE PLANNING OF THE PROPERTIES. <br /> THERE BEING NO FURTHER DISCUSSION, COUNCILMAN BAILEY MOVED AND SECONDED <br /> BY COUNCILMAN DOUGHERTY THAT THE PLANNING BOARD BE DIRECTED TO HOLD A <br /> l <br />
