1 0 VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES November 28, 1967 The regular meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The following were present at roll call : O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Emond Absent: None Also Present: Raymond Haik, Village Attorney John Printon, Village Manager Upon motion by Councilman Dougherty seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved that the minutes of the regular meeting of November 14, 1967, be appro- ved as submitted. Motion Carried. Dr. Harty presented the minutes of the Planning Board meeting of November 21, 1967. After discussion, motion by Councilman Dougherty, seconded by Councilman Bailey that a request for variance of 12 sq. ft. by Food Town Inc. for the . installation of an identification sign be approved. Motion Carried. ,e allowance of a secondary sign on Kenzie Terrace for Kingsrud Market was discussed at length. Councilman Springer moved and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the Kingsrud Market be instructed to remove said temporary sign. Voting on the motion: Ayes Springer, Dougherty, Emond Nay: O'Connor, Bailey tion Carried. Wallace Ludwig appeared to present a request for the rezoning of lot 6, Auditors Subdivision #377. After discussion, Councilman Bailey moved and seconded by Councilman Springer that the Planning Board be directed to hold a public hearing on the zoning of lots 4,5,6,21,22,23 Auditors Subdivision #377 from RI to R2. Motion Carried. A request for the rezoh4ng of Outlot 30 Apache proposed plat was discussed. Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Springer that the request for change in zoning from light industrial to commercial of Outlot 3, Apache proposed preliminary plat, be denied. Voting on the motion: Aye: O'Connor, Springer, Bailey, Emond Nay: Dougherty Motion Carried.
