VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES December 5, 1967 A special meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 9:30 P.M. The follow- ing were present at roil call : O'Connor, Springer, Bailey, Emond Absent: Dougherty Also present: John Printon, Village Manager Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved that the request of Naegele Outdoor Advertising Company Inc. for the restor- ation of the Berger Transfer Sign be approved with the proviso that the sign not be increased from its original size. Motion Carried. Upon motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Mayor O'Connor it was moved that the request of Gurtek and Ramberg Company for the operation of a tree lot on the Win Drive In property be approved with the understanding that the premises be cleared of debris as soon after December 25, 1967 as is practicable. Voting on the motion: Aye : O'Connor, Springer, Emond Nay: None Abstained: Bailey Absent not voting: Dougherty Motion Carried. Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Bailey it was moved that the Village share of a partial payment for construction of County Ditch ##2 as submitted by Northern Contracting Company and payable to the Ramsey County Auditor in the amount of $1776.09 be approved for payment. Voting on the motion: Aye: O'Connor, Springer, Bailey, Emond Nay: None Absent not voting: Dougherty Motion Carried. Upon motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Springer it was moved that the statement for engineering services for design of County Ditch ##3 improvement as submitted by Carley and Associates, and payable to the Ramsey County Auditor, in the amount of $4,475.46 be approved for payment. Voting on the motion: Aye: O'Connor, Springer, Bailey, Emond Nay: None Absent not vot4ng: Dougherty Motion Carried.
