-2- <br /> Upon <br /> 2-Upon motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Councilman Bailey it was <br /> moved that the Village share of a partial payment for construction of County <br /> Ditch #3 as submitted by Orfei and Sons, Contractors, and payable to the <br /> Ramsey County Auditor in the amount of $150 027.07 be approved for payment. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Springer, Bailey, Emond <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting : Dougherty <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> It was noted that the Council would meet on the following dates : <br /> a. December 12, 1967, 7:15 P.M. to discuss 1968 Board appointments. <br /> b. January 3 or 4, 7:30 P.M. to discuss feasibility of joint recreation <br /> director with School Board-meeting to be held in the High School Library. <br /> Lowell Thompson to finalize date. Park Board to attend. <br /> c.
