ANTHONY <br /> • COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> DECEMBER 12, 1967 <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 O'clock P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Bailey, Emond <br /> Absent: None <br /> Also Present: Raymond Haik, Village Attorney <br /> John Printon, Village Manager <br /> Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Bailey that the <br /> minutes of t':e regular meeting of November 28, 1967, be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Upon motion by Councilman Bailey and seconded by Councilman Springer it was <br /> moved that the minutes of the special meeting of December 5, 1967, be app- <br /> roved as submitted. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Mr. Hamilton, Park Board Chairman, was present as the minutes of the Board's <br /> meeting of December 5, 1967, were reviewed by the Mayor. The Board's request <br /> for a feasibility study of the proposed park site by a Park Consultant was <br /> discussed. The Council indicated that a cost estimate of the study should be <br /> acquired and submitted to the Council for consideration. <br /> The Village Manager was directed to secure an estimate of appraisal costs for <br /> the appraising of the proposed north park site. <br /> After discussion, Councilman Bailey moved and seconded by Mayor O'Connor <br /> that the platting requirements of Ordinance #62 be waived on the previously <br /> approved division of the E. and W 1/2 of lots 5 and 60 Block 6, Mounds View <br /> Acres 2nd Addition and that building permits be issued based on this division. <br /> Voting onthe motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Biiley, Springer, Emond <br /> May: None <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Councilman Bailey introduced Resolution No. 67-052 and moved that it be <br /> adopted. <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 67-052 <br /> • RESOLUTION REIATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT OF <br /> SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Springer. <br />
