M. <br /> Present: O'Connori Dougherty, Springer, Crouse, Emond <br /> Also Present : Village Attorney, Raymond Haik <br /> Village Manager, John Pri nton <br /> Councilman Emond moved and seconded 6y douncilman Crouse that the minutes <br /> of the hearing of July 23, 168 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Dougherty moved and seconded by Councilman Emond that the minutes <br /> of the regular meeting of July 23, 1968 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Dougherty moved and seconded by Councilman Springer that a Human <br /> Relations Advisory Committee be established. <br /> Voting on 6e motion: <br /> • Aye: Dougherty, Springer, Emond, Crouse <br /> Nay: O'Connor <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution #68-040 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 68-040 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A HUMAN RELATIONS <br /> ADVISORY COMMITTEE. <br /> The Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Springer. <br /> Voting on the Resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Emond, Crouse. <br /> Nay: None. <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Dr. Jerry Harty presented the minutes of the Planning Board meeting of July <br /> . 30, 1968, and the special meeting of August 6, 1968. <br />
