Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that pursuant to a letter from the Village Attorney dated August 20, 1968 that the Village reimburse Happy 's Potato Chip Company in the amount of $319.66 for taxes mistakenly paid for property purchased by the Village and described as Lot 17, Block 11, Moundsview, Acres, 2nd Addition. Motion carried. • The Village Manager was directed to notify the Village Engineer that any plats drawn for property within the Village corporate limits by the firm of Comstock and Davis, other than simple lot divisions, must first receive the approval of the Village Council that no conflicts exist. Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the emergency repair of 33rd Avenue N. E. in front of the St. Anthony High School at a cost of $4,100.00 be approved as recommended in the report of the Village Engineer as to unit costs based on the 1968-1 Improvement Project. The Village Manager was directed to notify all newspapers serving the Village that all sales boxes on street corners shall be removed and requests for such permits be submitted to the Council for consideration. Notion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the request to place buried cable by Northwestern Bell Company from the south side of the Village Hall to 27th Avenue N.
