Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the request of Minneapolis Gas Company for construction permit #1884 be approved. Motion carried. The Council indicated that it was not amenable to a change in zoning of the Arlan's store property. • The Village Manager was directed to notify Medtronic 's Inc. of the fact that traffic direction signs had not been installed at their driveway entrance as re- quired by the development plan. Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the properly verified claims be approved as submitted.
