-2- <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> 2-RESOLUTION NO. 68-046 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING HEARINGS ON ASSESSMENTS FOR <br /> STREET IMPROVEMENT 1968-1, 1968-2, 1968-5, STORM <br /> SEWER IMPROVEMENT, RAMSEY COUNTY DITCH #2, #3• <br /> The Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Crouse. <br /> Voting on the Resolution. <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Emond, Crouse. <br /> Nay: None. <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> The final plat of Happy's Potato Chip Company was reviewed. Councilman Dougherty <br /> moved and seconded by Councilman Emond that the Happy 's Potato Chip Company's plat <br /> be given final approval. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> It was noted that the planting plan and bond were to be placed on file within the <br /> next week. <br /> • Mr. Ken Johnson, franci see. for pache ^urger C'.ief, appeared regardi ng a .4'-n" <br /> height variance for their sign. He informed the Council that he proposed to <br /> shift the building to the East from the preliminary plan proposal . He stated <br /> the set back would be changed from 106' to 811. Motion by Mayor O'Connor and <br /> seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the request for a 4' - 6" variance for <br /> sign height be granted to Apache Durger Chef. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Voice approval was given for an Art Exhibit at Apache Plaza. <br /> After discussion Councilman Crouse moved and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that an <br /> O.E.O. agency not be established in the Village. <br /> Voting on the motion. <br /> Ayes O'Connor, Crouse. <br /> Nays Dougherty, Springer. <br /> Abstains Emond <br /> Not carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Springer that the matter <br /> of the establishment of an O.E.O. agency in the Village be tabled to the meeting <br /> • of September 24, 1963. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Village Manager was directed to erect no parking signs anytime on Coolidge <br /> Street N. E. within the St. Anthony Shopping Center. <br />
