VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> October 8, 1968 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> The following were present: O'Connor, Dougherty, Crouse, Emond. <br /> Absent: Springer. <br /> Also present: Raymond Haik, Village Attorney <br /> John Printon, Village Manager <br /> It was noted that the minutes of September 24, 1968 should include after "affect", <br /> "and financed solely by the Village to June 30, 1969. " <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond that the minutes of <br /> September 24, 1968 be approved as amended. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the minutes of <br /> the Special Meeting of October 1, 1968 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • Mayor O'Connor introduced Resolution No. 68-052 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 68-052 <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTION- <br /> MENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL <br /> IMPROVEMENTS <br /> The Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Dougherty. <br /> Voting on the Resolution. <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Crouse, Emond. <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Springer. <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> A petition was received by Mr. Richard Fudali relative to the vacation of a <br /> portion of the north terminus of Highcrest Road--Motion by Councilman Emond and <br /> seconded by Councilman Crouse that November 26, 1968 be set as the date for the <br /> consideration of the vacation of a portion of the North terminus of Highcrest <br /> Road. <br /> • Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Emond, Crouse. <br /> Nay: None. <br />
