-4- <br /> 1. $22.18 - Improvement 1968-1. <br /> 2. $158.26 - Village engineering services. <br /> 3. $2,673.60 - Improvement 1968-4. <br /> 4. $333.43 - Improvement 1968-3, <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that the parking lot <br /> revision plan as presented by Medtronics, Inc. providing for parking space width <br /> of 8'-8" be approved and a variance granted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Council indicated it would be amenable to the relocation of certain utility <br /> easements envolving the P.L.M. property on 37th Avenue N. E. and East of Silver <br /> Lake Road providing the Village engineer determines such relocation to be feasible. <br /> Mayor O'Connor introduced Resolution No. 68-054 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 68-054 <br /> A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1968 BUDGET <br /> • The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Dougherty. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Emond, Crouse. <br /> May: Mone <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Councilman Dougherty introduced Resolution No. 68-055 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 68-055 <br /> A RESOLUTION WAIVING AD VALORUM LEVY <br /> FOR IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1968 <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Crouse. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Crouse, Emond. <br /> Nay: None. <br /> • Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Emond that the Village Manager <br /> be authorized to advertise for one accounting machine per specifications submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
