Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Springer <br /> that a request to operate a x-mas tree lot on the Partridge property, 37th Avenue <br /> and Silver Lake Road be denied as the area is zoned residential. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mayor O;Connor introduced Resolution No. 68-059 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 68-059 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MUTUAL FIRE <br /> AID AGREEMENT WITH THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. <br /> The Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Dougherty. <br /> Voting on the Resolution: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Springer, Dougherty, Crouse, Emond. <br /> Nay: None. <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> The Mayor declared the hearing opened on the request for vacation of the North <br /> terminus of Highcrest Road.
