-4- Mayor 4-Mayor O'Connor moved and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that Mr. Harry Lekson be appointed as Deputy Assessor to the Hennepin County Assessor. Motion carried. Councilman Crouse moved that the request to extend the Mr. Hobo temporary sign for 60 days be denied. The motion did not receive a second. Councilman Emond moved and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that a 60 day extension be granted the Mr. Hobo Restaurant for a temporary sign or until the new sign is erected. Voting on the motion: Aye: O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Emond. Nay: Crouse. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Crouse that Mr. Raymond A. Haik be named to the Board of Arbitration representing the Village of St. Anthony in the Local 0#57 wage da;s pute. Motion carried. Councilman Crouse introduced Resolution No. 68-063 and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 68-063 • A RESOLUTION COORDINATING THE USE OF VILLAGE HALL FACILITIES. The resolution was duly seconded by Mayor O'Connor. Voting on the resolution: Aye : O'Connor, Dougherty, Springer, Emond, Crouse. Nay: None. Resolution declared adopted. A letter of commendation was directed sent to Officer Schwalbach. A letter was directed sent to St. Anthony Blvd. residents polling their feelings on the installation of temporary wood standard street lights. Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Springer that the licenses be approved as submitted. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the survey correction of the St. Anthony Office Park be approved as submitted. Motion carried. Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the properly verified claims be approved. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Springer that the engineers certificate in the amount of 4'26,725.32 in favor of C. S. McCrosson, Inc. as partial payment of Improvement 1968-4 be approved. Motion carried.
