VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES July 22, 1969 The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 P.M. The following were present at roll call : O'Connor, Crouse, Emond, Levandowski , Dougherty. Absent: None Also present : Raymond A. Haik, Village Attorney Motion by Councilman Levandowski, seconded by Councilman Crouse, that the minutes of the July 8, 1969 regular meeting be approved as printed. Mo 'on carried. The Council reviewed the minutes of the meeting of the Planning Commission and ! the following action was taken. Motion by Councilman Crouse, seconded by Mayor O'Connor, to approve the recommendation of the Planning Commission authorizing a three foot, four inch side yard variance requested by H.A. Sperry, 3108-39th Avenue N.E. /Th Council discussed the plan submitted by Mr. Lucking for a building to be loc- • ated on property north of Happy's Potato Chip building. Motion by Councilman Emond, seconded by Councilman Crouse, to approve the proposal and to return the matter to the Planning Commission for final approval as to building location, parking lot layout, landscaping and replatting of the property. ,`Motion carried. Councilman Emond moved, seconded by Councilman Crouse, that Ordinance 1969-6 be approved for the third and final reading. ORDINANCE 1969-6 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO BURNING OF ORGANIC MATERIALS IN COMMERCIAL AND LIGHT INDUSTRIAL USE DISTRICTS, AMEND- ING SECTION 700.01 OF THE 1968 CODE OF ORDINANCES AND REPEALING ORDINANCE 1969-1. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Levandowski, seconded by Councilman Emond, that Ordinance 1969-7 be approved for the third and final reading. ORDINANCE 1969-7 • AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES, AMENDING SECTION 310 OF THE 1968 CODE OF ORDINANCES. Motion carried. Z.
