VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> July 22, 1969 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : O'Connor, Crouse, Emond, Levandowski , <br /> Dougherty. <br /> Absent: None <br /> Also present : Raymond A. Haik, Village Attorney <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski, seconded by Councilman Crouse, that the minutes <br /> of the July 8, 1969 regular meeting be approved as printed. <br /> Mo 'on carried. <br /> The Council reviewed the minutes of the meeting of the Planning Commission and <br /> ! the following action was taken. Motion by Councilman Crouse, seconded by Mayor <br /> O'Connor, to approve the recommendation of the Planning Commission authorizing a <br /> three foot, four inch side yard variance requested by H.A. Sperry, 3108-39th <br /> Avenue N.E. <br /> /Th Council discussed the plan submitted by Mr. Lucking for a building to be loc- <br /> • ated on property north of Happy's Potato Chip building. Motion by Councilman <br /> Emond, seconded by Councilman Crouse, to approve the proposal and to return the <br /> matter to the Planning Commission for final approval as to building location, <br /> parking lot layout, landscaping and replatting of the property. <br /> ,`Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Emond moved, seconded by Councilman Crouse, that Ordinance 1969-6 be <br /> approved for the third and final reading. <br /> ORDINANCE 1969-6 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO BURNING OF <br /> ORGANIC MATERIALS IN COMMERCIAL AND <br /> LIGHT INDUSTRIAL USE DISTRICTS, AMEND- <br /> ING SECTION 700.01 OF THE 1968 CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES AND REPEALING ORDINANCE 1969-1. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski, seconded by Councilman Emond, that Ordinance <br /> 1969-7 be approved for the third and final reading. <br /> ORDINANCE 1969-7 <br /> • AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO BUILDINGS AND <br /> STRUCTURES, AMENDING SECTION 310 OF THE <br /> 1968 CODE OF ORDINANCES. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Z. <br />
