VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> October 28, 1969 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : O'Connor, Emond, Levandowski, Dougherty <br /> Absent: Crouse <br /> Also present: Raymond Haik, Village Attorney <br /> Ice Comstock, Village Engineer <br /> John Printon, Village Manager <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Emond that the minutes <br /> of the Special Meeting of October 7, 1969 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Emond that the minutes <br /> of the regular meeting of October 14, 1969 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • Doctor Jerry Harty presented the Planning Board minutes of October 21, 1969. <br /> The matter of the rezoning of Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 7, Murray Heights Addition from <br /> Commercial to Residential was discussed. Councilman Levandowski speaking for his <br /> parents, who own Lot 2 and Lot 3, stated that he felt that no zoning change should <br /> be made at this time, because of the possible relocation of Kenzie Terrace in <br /> conjunction with the Highway ##8 Improvement. Mr. & Mrs. Winslow Levandowski and <br /> Mr. & Mrs. Charbonneau appeared and discussed the zoning change with the Council. <br /> Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the zoning of <br /> Lots 1 ,20, Block 7, Murray Heights Addition not be changed per recommendation of <br /> the Planning Board. <br /> Abstain: Levandowski <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the request <br /> for division of the S. 12' of Lot 3, Block 7, Murray Heights Addition be approved <br /> and that the platting requirements be waivec'. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that the <br /> plans for the Blanske Cabinet Shop be approved as recommended by the Planning <br /> • Board with the driveway entrance located on the industrial roadway design of Foss <br /> Road, subject to submission of a planting plan, and subject to an adequate dust <br /> control system. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
