-2- <br /> Mr. <br /> 2-Mr. Schroeder, Buetow and Associates, presented a proposal for the T.K. Gray <br /> building. After discussion, motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by <br /> Mayor O'Connor, that the plans for the T.K: Gray Company building be approved as <br /> recommended by the Planning Board. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Schroeder next presented plans for a two story office building with 12,000 <br /> square feet on each floor. parking area proposed was one space per 150 sq. ft. of <br /> net rentable area. Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Emond <br /> that the building proposed for Lots 5 & 6, Block 1, St. Anthony Office Park with <br /> 12,000 square feet on each of the two floors and a parking ratio of 1 to 150 square <br /> feet net rental area be approved. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Johnson of Johnson Meats appeared with a proposal to attach a walk-in freezer <br /> to the northwest corner of his present building. The addition to replace a wooden <br /> structure now located in this area. <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Mayor O'Connor that an addition of <br /> 1311' x 20' to the Johnson Meat Company for a walk-in cooler be approved. Said <br /> addition to be located on the northwest corner of the building. <br /> • Motion carried. <br /> The development of the Hedlund property was next discussed. Mr. Hoffineyer, archi- <br /> tect, requested a tabling of the consideration of the project until next month as <br /> he has not secured State Health Department approval. Jack McCarty, Village resi- <br /> dent, discussed design of the nursing home. He was informed that no plans were <br /> before the Council at this time. <br /> Motion by Councilman Emond and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that consideration <br /> of a public hearing on the Hedlund property be tabled for 30 days. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> A proposed ordinance amending the penalty for misdemeanors was discussed. <br /> Motion by Councilman Lewandowski and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that <br /> Ordinance No. 69-11 be adopted and that the three readings be waived. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Emond, Levandowski, Dougherty <br /> Nay: None <br /> Absent not voting: Crouse <br /> • Motion carried. <br />
