The Council directed a letter be sent the Nursing <br /> Home requesting their opinion .as to the affect of parking restrictions north of <br /> 37th Avenue N.E. on Foss Road. <br /> A letter of resignation from Dr. Sartor was received regarding his membership on <br /> the Planning Board. The Council directed a certificate of merit be sent to Or. <br /> Sartor. <br /> Motion by Councilman Dougherty and seconded by Councilman Emond that John Remes <br /> be appointed as Chairman of the Human Relations Committee. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
