-2- <br /> A letter from the National League of Cities, Conference of Mayors, regarding a <br /> survey of highway manpower was forwarded to the Director of Public Safety for <br /> appropriate action. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond that the owners of <br /> property at 3829 Foss Road be notified to connect to the Village Sanitary Sewer <br /> System as the overflow of a cesspool located in part on Village R/W has been <br /> determined to be a health hazard by the Village Health Inspector. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The following appointments were made to the Human Relations Committee : <br /> Councilman Levandowski - Mrs. Jo Swan <br /> Councilman Crouse- Mrs. Peggy Allguire <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski that the <br /> licenses be approved as submitted with the addition of a heating license for <br /> Allied Mechanical , Incorporated, subject to the approval of the heating inspector. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Crouse that a 4' x 8' <br /> sign be approved as requested by the Lions Club to advertise their Pancake Break- <br /> fast. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Gordon Hedlund appeared and reviewed his nursing home proposal .
