VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> November 25, 1969 <br /> The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : O'Connor, Crouse, Emond, Levandowski, <br /> Dougherty. <br /> Also present: Fred Richards, Village Attorney <br /> John Printon, Village Manager <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Crouse that the <br /> minutes of the regular meeting of November 11, 1969 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Mayor O'Connor and seconded by Councilman Dougherty that the minutes of <br /> the special meeting of November 13, 1969 be approved as submitted. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Duane Miedtke, Planning Board, presented the Boards minutes of the November 18, <br /> 1969 meeting. <br /> • Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond that the action of <br /> the Planning Board in denying a request for a sign on the rear of the Foodtown <br /> Market be confirmed. <br /> Aye: O'Connor, Crouse, Emond, Dougherty <br /> Nay: Levandowski <br /> Motion carried. <br /> After review of a letter by Mr. Don Gearhart regarding an error in the Ramsey <br /> County Assessor's office on which an assessment was levied against property located <br /> at 4029 Shamrock Drive, motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman <br /> Levandowski that the interest penalty be waived on assessments, Improvement 1968-4, <br /> against property located at 4029 Shamrock Drive, due to a delay in payment caused <br /> by the correction of an error in the Ramsey County assessors map. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Levandowski introduced Resolution #69-043 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 69-o43 <br /> RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br /> • THE SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESSMENTS TO CORRECT OMISSIONS <br /> IN THE ASSESSMENT OF THE TOTAL COST OF STREET <br /> IMPROVEMENT 1952-1 AND WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT <br /> 1953-1 <br />
