w <br /> VILLAGE OF ST, ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> • <br /> July 14, 1970 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Emond at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : Crouse, Emond, Levandowski, Englund. <br /> Absent: Miedtke <br /> Also Present: Village Attorney, Larry Vickrey <br /> Village Manager, John R. Printon <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski to approve the <br /> minutes of the June 23, 1970 meeting. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Levandowski and seconded by Councilman Crouse to approve the <br /> minutes of the June 25, 1970 meeting. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Englund to approve the <br /> request of Crown Auto Store to move their same sign to the new location and to <br /> allow the 26 sq. foot variance. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> A representative for the Jaycees and the League of Women Voters appeared thanking <br /> the Council for their donation and help in the printing of the Village Handbook. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Emond directing the <br /> Village Manager to write a letter to the Jaycees expressing the Council 's <br /> appreciation for their effort in the printing of this handbook. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Emond requesting the <br /> Village Manager to prepare the necessary changes or modifications to the building <br /> and plumbing codes and to present them to the Council two weeks from tonight, <br /> July 28, 1970. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Englund to waive the <br /> three readings of Ordinance 1970-9 and that it be adopted, effective as of <br /> July 1, 1970. <br /> ORDINANCE 1970-9 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO WATER RATES <br /> Is FOR COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL AND BUILDING <br /> CONSTRUCTION USERS, AMENDING SECTION <br /> 415.02 OF THE 1968 CODE OF ORDINANCES; <br /> AND REPEALING ORDINANCE 1969-13 <br />
