All present who answered opening roll <br /> call . <br /> Motion by Mayor Pro Tem Emond and seconded by Councilman Crouse directing the <br /> Village Manager to write a letter to Mr. Charles Herman denying his request for <br /> a rock wall on both sides of the driveway; but that we would consider resodding <br /> the area. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski directing the <br /> Village Manager to write a letter to Mrs. D.H. Cullen, 2836 Roosevelt St. N.E. <br /> and Mrs. E.L. Sitzman, 2837 Stinson Blvd. N.E., denying their request for black- <br /> topping of the strip of land along their lots and stipulating the Village's <br /> policy on this at this time. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
