-3- <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Englund to table action <br /> on the request from Form 1040 Inc. and ask the Village Manager to find the original <br /> granting of a permit to Industrial Credit for a sign at Apache Plaza. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Mayor recommended that we send copies of the letter from Popham, Haik, Schno- <br /> brich, Kaufman and Doty regarding the development of the Silver Lake areas to our <br /> Planning Board and also to the Planning Board of Columbia Heights for their attent- <br /> ion and study. <br /> Councilman Emond introduced Resolution 70-025 and moved its adoption. <br /> RESOLUTION 70-025 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A JOINT <br /> AGREEMENT WITH PLAZA PROPERTIES FOR <br /> SPECIALIZED POLICE SERVICE AT APACHE <br /> CENTER <br /> The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Crouse. <br /> Voting on the resolution: <br /> Aye: Crouse, Emond, Miedtke, Levandowski, Englund <br /> • Nay: None <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond to approve the <br /> election judges list as presented. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Council directed the Village Manager to check into and determine whether w: <br /> have adequate coverage and facilities for the hauling of rubbish in the Village <br /> and to report back to the Council. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski to pay the <br /> statement from Hall, Smith, Juster, Feikema and Haskvitz in the amount of $262.50 <br /> for services in June and part of July 1970. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Notion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond requesting the Vill- <br /> age Engineers to prepare a feasibility report on both the Highway #8 Storm Sewer <br /> System and also the interior storm sewer portion that ties into that. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Englund and seconded by Councilman Crouse to accept a <br /> petition from the Borson Company and authorize a study by the Village Engineers <br /> for an extension of the storm sewer to service the Equinox Apartments. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
