-3- Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Englund to table action on the request from Form 1040 Inc. and ask the Village Manager to find the original granting of a permit to Industrial Credit for a sign at Apache Plaza. Motion carried. The Mayor recommended that we send copies of the letter from Popham, Haik, Schno- brich, Kaufman and Doty regarding the development of the Silver Lake areas to our Planning Board and also to the Planning Board of Columbia Heights for their attent- ion and study. Councilman Emond introduced Resolution 70-025 and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION 70-025 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A JOINT AGREEMENT WITH PLAZA PROPERTIES FOR SPECIALIZED POLICE SERVICE AT APACHE CENTER The resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Crouse. Voting on the resolution: Aye: Crouse, Emond, Miedtke, Levandowski, Englund • Nay: None Resolution declared adopted. Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond to approve the election judges list as presented. Motion carried. The Council directed the Village Manager to check into and determine whether w: have adequate coverage and facilities for the hauling of rubbish in the Village and to report back to the Council. Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski to pay the statement from Hall, Smith, Juster, Feikema and Haskvitz in the amount of $262.50 for services in June and part of July 1970. Motion carried. Notion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond requesting the Vill- age Engineers to prepare a feasibility report on both the Highway #8 Storm Sewer System and also the interior storm sewer portion that ties into that. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Englund and seconded by Councilman Crouse to accept a petition from the Borson Company and authorize a study by the Village Engineers for an extension of the storm sewer to service the Equinox Apartments. Motion carried.
