All present who answered opening roll call. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Englund <br /> Nay: Crouse, Emond, Miedtke, Levandowski <br /> Motion not carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski instructing the <br /> Village Manager to set aside or increase the bond by $10,000.00 through one <br /> growing season of the turf and in the event of trouble with the seeding on the <br /> 150 foot strip, that it be satisfactorily replaced with sod. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond to table action on <br /> the request of Marshall Screw Products Company for a vacation of the utility <br /> easement until we can get definite information from the Village Engineers re- <br /> garding the exact location of the utilities. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
