Motion by Mayor Miedtke and saconded by Councilman Levandowski to amend the ordinance by changing Section a to road 'without a 4/5 consent" rather than 'Without the unanimous consent" of all of the Vi Page Council members„ Voting on the amendment : Aye: Miedti(e, Levandosiski Nay: Crouse, Emond, Englund Amendment not carried. Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Bnond-to authorize the Village Manager to finish the survey with regard to the ArIti-Burning State Statute and to prepare the report to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. Motion carried. The Council discussed the possiblity of including in a burning ordinance for the Village the prohibiting of garbage cans being placed on the curb. A representative from the Standard Oil Company appeared regarding their request for a remodeling permit for their station at 37th Avenue and Silver Lace Road, Mayor Miedtke ruled to table action on Standard Oil Company's request until the next meeting. Mayor Miedtke declared a ten minute recess. The meeting reconvened at 9:40 P.M. All present who answered opening roll call. The 2nd quarter Liquor Store Report was ordered filed. • Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Levandowski to accept the feasibility report from Comstock & Davis and to direct them to prepare plans and specifications for the storm sewer services to the Equinox Apartments. Motion carried.
