All present who answered opening roll call . <br /> Don Zebro of 4017 Penrod Lane appeared regarding his request for a 24 x19 foot <br /> addition to his garage which was denied at the last meeting. <br /> After discussion, motion by Councilman Englund and seconded by Councilman <br /> Levandowski to grant the request of Don Zebro for a permit to build a 24 x 19 foot <br /> addition to his garage. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Dunphy appeared regarding Happy's Industrial replat. The surveyor represent- <br /> ing Mr. Dunphy explained in detail the combination of parcels making up the new <br /> plat. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond to give preliminary <br /> approval to Happy's potato Chips Company's request for the replatting of Happy's <br /> Industrial 3 plat. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • Motion by Councilman Englund and seconded by Councilman Levandowski to grant <br /> the request of Andrew Gawel at 2600 31st Avenue N.E. for variances and setback <br /> as outlined at the last meeting but without the restriction that a garage, if <br /> built, be attached to the house. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Emond, Levandowski, Englund <br /> Nay: Crouse, Miedtke <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond to approve the <br /> statement of Layne of Minnesota Company in the amount of $1, 123.33 for pump <br /> motor repair. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Village Manager was directed to have the Village Engineer check into re- <br /> vamping the chlorination procedure for the water treatment plant. <br /> The Village Manager was authorized to discuss the street lighting proposal for <br /> St. Anthony Office Park with the developers of the project. <br /> . Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond that we do not pay <br /> the 1970 annual membership dues of $100.00 to the National Suburban League Ltd. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
