-3- <br /> Voting <br /> 3-Voting on the motion as amended: <br /> Aye : Crouse, Emond, Miedtke, Levandowski, Englund <br /> Nay: None <br /> Motion as amended carried. <br /> John Printon stated that he would like his resignation to be effective as of <br /> December 31, 1970, and that he not remain on, on a consulting basis thereafter. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Emond to approve the <br /> agreement between the Village of St. Anthony and John Printon and that it be <br /> amended so that paragraph 2 on page 2 should read as follows : "Printon shall be <br /> compensated in the amount of $1,437.50 per month for January and February of 1971 <br /> on December 31 , 1970 provided, that Printon shall not be entitled to any accrued <br /> vacation time or other benefits for such period of time in 1971 . <br /> Voting on the motion as amended: <br /> Aye : Crouse, Emond <br /> Nay: Miedtke, Levandowski, Englund <br /> Motion as amended not carried. <br /> • Motion by Councilman Englund and seconded by Mayor Miedtke to approve the agree- <br /> ment between the Village of St. Anthony and John Printon as originally written <br /> without any amendment. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye : Crouse, Englund <br /> Nay: Levandowski, Miedtke, Emond <br /> Motion not carried. <br /> Motion by Mayor Miedtke and seconded by Councilman Englund directing the Village <br /> Manager to answer the letter from the Hennepin County Library and reply in the <br /> affirmative to the two questions asked in their letter. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Village Manager was directed to refer the matter of the motor failure, water <br /> pump house, to the Village Engineer for his review and recommendations. <br /> Motion by Councilman Crouse and seconded by Councilman Englund to authorize the <br /> sale of gasoline to School District #282 for their cars to be used solely for <br /> official school business as requested by the School Board. <br /> • Motion carried. <br />
