ADDENDUM TO COUNCIL MEETING OF <br /> September 3,1974 <br /> 1. Miscellaneous <br /> a. Elvira Vesico-Request for leave of absence. Ms. Vesico is employed by <br /> the city as a waitress in the Apache Lounge. She has worked for the city <br /> for approximately five years and has a fine work record. Ordinance 135.48 <br /> requires that the council approve all requests for leave of absence. <br /> ACTION: Recommend we approve indefinite leave not to exceed one year. <br /> b. Constructive Design-Change Order No. 1. Ray Nelson, liquor manager, has <br /> requested that the storage area outside the delivery door be enlarged from <br /> what original plans call for and this resulted in the attached chznge order. <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval <br /> c. Dorsey Firm regarding Rick Johnson request. The attached letter from <br /> Larry I requested after the Planning Board decided not to act on Mr. <br /> Johnson's request because they felt they had no jurisdiction. <br /> d. Discussion of Metro Significance by Donna Stauffer. Councilman <br /> Stauffer requested that this item be on the agenda as the Metro Significance <br /> Committee she serves on is going to contact all municipalities for input <br /> regarding metro significance. <br /> e. Request for change order-Harrison House. I will have a handout at <br /> the meeting regarding the request from Harrison House for a change order. <br /> • It involved substituting one glass washer for another at approximately <br /> $500 additional cost. <br /> f. Rubbish License-Action Disposal <br /> g. Addition to list of verified claims. <br />
