ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MEETING <br /> • September 3,1974 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Councilman Sundland, Chairman Pro Tem at <br /> 7:32 P.M. <br /> The following were present for roll call: Sauer, Haik, Sundland, Stauffer. <br /> Absent: Mayor Miedtke <br /> Also present: Jerry Dulgar, City Manager <br /> Larry Vickrey, City Attorney <br /> Jim Fornell, Adm. Asst. <br /> I.C. Comstock, City Engineer <br /> The following corrections were made to the Council minutes of August 13, 1974: <br /> Page 2, para 1: Add "Road" to Silver Lake. . . . .Also add to the motion <br /> "and refer the matter to the Community Services <br /> Advisory Committee". <br /> Page 2, para 6: Change "decide not to appeal" to "decided not to <br /> request reclassification of the legal 30 m.p.h. <br /> speed limit". <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Haik to approve the <br /> Council minutes for 8/1374 as amended. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Planning Board report was deferred for the arrival of Mayor Miedtke and the <br /> Community Services Advisory Report until Geri Evans arrived. <br /> Motion by Councilman Haik, seconded by Councilman Sauer to adopt Resolution <br /> #74-023. <br /> RESOLUTION 74-o23 <br /> A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1974 BUDGET <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer, seconded by Councilman Haik to adopt Resolution <br /> #74-025. <br /> RESOLUTION 74-025 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br /> STORM SEWER PROJECT 1972-1 <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Sauer to adopt <br /> Resolution #74-026. <br /> If RESOLUTION 74-026 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PAVING, <br /> CURB & GUTTER IMPROVEMENT 1973-1 <br /> Motion carried. <br />
