-2- <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Haik to restrict all <br /> parking on the East side of Stinson Boulevard from 37th Avenue N.F. to Silver <br /> Lane. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Sauer to adopt Resolution <br /> 74-037 which incorporates the above motions regarding the parking restrictions <br /> on Foss Road, Macalaster Drive-j Edwards Street and Stinson Boulevard and which <br /> would replace resolutions 71-641,72-048, 73-051 and 71-014. <br /> RESOLUTION 74-037 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Haik to adopt Resolution <br /> 74-038 allowing the State Highway Department to install a pathway from the <br /> frontage road along TH8 to St. Anthony Boulevard. <br /> RESOLUTION 74-038 <br /> RESOLUTION REGARDING WALKWAY ADJACENT <br /> TO NEW FRONTAGE ROAD NO. 2 AND MAINTENANCE <br /> OF SAME. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • The architect's study of Parkview School which had been tabled at the November <br /> 12 meeting was again discussed. <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer and seconded by Councilman Sauer to retain <br /> Constructive Design to investigate the potential cost of using Parkview School <br /> as a city hall and to update their previous estimates of the cost of renovating <br /> the present City Hall with the cost of such a study to be made on an hourly <br /> basis not to exceed the $2,200. quoted by Mr. Schuck. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Sauer, Miedtke, Stauffer <br /> Nay: Haik and Sundland <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Public Hearing on Resolution 74-035 opened at 8:05 P.M. and closed at 8:06 P.M. <br /> with no testimony for or against. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Sauer to adopt Resolution <br /> 74-035 which makes the corrections, additions, deletions, necessary to correct <br /> the original assessment rolls for the Storm Sewer Project 1972-1. <br /> RESOLUTION 74-035 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A S UPPLFMFNTARY ASSESSMENT <br /> • <br /> ROLL ON STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1972-1 <br /> Motion carried. <br />
