Asst. <br /> The following amendment was made to the minutes of the november �6, ]�'(11 ^rNianctl <br /> meeting: <br /> Page 5-para. 9: The amount of payment to be made to Comstock & Davis <br /> should be $822.53 rather than $882.53. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Haik to approve the minutes <br /> as amended. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Following a discussion of the position of the Youth Coordinator, the November 17th <br /> minutes of the Human Relations Committee were filed. <br /> • Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to adopt Resolution <br /> #74-039 with suggested revisions in the wording. <br /> RESOLUTION 74-039 <br /> A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1974 BUDGET <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Haik to adopt Resolution <br /> #74-040. <br /> RESOLUTION 74-040 <br /> A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1974 BUDGET <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Dulgar showed several catalog illustrations of the bulletin boards which he <br /> felt would best serve the purpose of informing the public of city meetings. There <br /> was some discussion of the effectiveness of this method of complying with the <br /> open meetings law and it was decided that boards would be placed at the Post <br /> Office at Apache Plaza and the State Bank of St. Anthony with a typewritten notice <br /> to be posted on the door of the Wilshire Elementary School where most City meetings <br /> are held. The Manager also described the two bulletin boards he had ordered for <br /> the City Hall. <br /> Motion by Councilman Haik and seconded by Mayor Miedtke to authorize the City <br /> Manager to look into and negotiate a price for two 36" x 48" bulletin boards for <br /> placement at the Post Office and State Bank of St. Anthony. <br />
