The following amendment was made to the minutes of the november �6, ]�'(11 ^rNianctl meeting: Page 5-para. 9: The amount of payment to be made to Comstock & Davis should be $822.53 rather than $882.53. Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Haik to approve the minutes as amended. Motion carried. Following a discussion of the position of the Youth Coordinator, the November 17th minutes of the Human Relations Committee were filed. • Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to adopt Resolution #74-039 with suggested revisions in the wording. RESOLUTION 74-039 A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1974 BUDGET Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Haik to adopt Resolution #74-040. RESOLUTION 74-040 A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1974 BUDGET Motion carried. Mr. Dulgar showed several catalog illustrations of the bulletin boards which he felt would best serve the purpose of informing the public of city meetings. There was some discussion of the effectiveness of this method of complying with the open meetings law and it was decided that boards would be placed at the Post Office at Apache Plaza and the State Bank of St. Anthony with a typewritten notice to be posted on the door of the Wilshire Elementary School where most City meetings are held. The Manager also described the two bulletin boards he had ordered for the City Hall. Motion by Councilman Haik and seconded by Mayor Miedtke to authorize the City Manager to look into and negotiate a price for two 36" x 48" bulletin boards for placement at the Post Office and State Bank of St. Anthony.
