He stated that t:?^ Cit, <br /> 1:4,'•,!":1?y had alt i„ed that a property description of the property i»i.rg le;red <br /> and a delinistion of the responsibility for minor, mechanical and st.ruct%.rai <br /> repairs be included in the base. <br /> Councilman Faik wondered who carried the insurance on the building.
