ANTHONY <br /> COU14C I L MINUTES <br /> October 14, 1975 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Miedtke at 7:30 P.M. <br /> Present for roll call : Sundland, Miedtke, Stauffer and Haik. <br /> Absent: Sauer <br /> Also present: Wm. Soth, City Attorney <br /> Jim Fornell , Adm. Asst. <br /> The following corrections were made to the minutes of the September 23, 1975 <br /> meeting. <br /> Page 2, para. 8: Remedies to traffic problems were suggested by "Mr. <br /> Jones "rather than "Mr. Ernst". <br /> Page 5, para. 7: The Hansen firm is authorized to perform the "1975 <br /> audit" rather than the "1976 audit". <br /> Motion by Councilman Haik, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to approve the <br /> minutes of September 23 as corrected. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Haik, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to approve the <br /> minutes of the September 30, 1975 Special Council meeting. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The following corrections were made to the minutes for the Special Council <br /> meeting held October 7, 1975: <br /> Page 2, para. 8: Voting on the Sundland-Haik motion regarding the up- <br /> grading of 29th Avenue should be corrected as follows : <br /> Aye: Sauer, Sundland, Haik <br /> May: Miedtke, Stauffer <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Page 2, para. 9: The motion to approve changes in election judges was <br /> carried. <br /> Motion by Councilman Haik, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to approve the <br /> October 7 minutes as corrected. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> There was a discussion with Marlys Berg, Chairman of the Human Relations <br /> Committee regarding the Committee's minutes of September 16, 1975: the <br /> • September 17, 1975 memo from the City Manager to Marlys regarding the youth <br /> worker position and the Chairman's resignation from the Committee because of <br /> her educational commitments. <br />
