Asst. <br /> Councilman Sauer arrived at 7:32 P.M. <br /> The following corrections were made to the minutes of the October 23, 1975 <br /> meeting: <br /> Page 2, para. 3: Substitute ' balcony, for ' ba 1 ony' <br /> Page 3, para. 6: Substitute "Could" for "Bould" <br /> Page t!, para. 2: Substitute "interr.a! ly lit" for ' indirectly lit" <br /> Page 5, para. 5: The meeting was recesssed from ''9: 10 to 9:30 P.M." <br /> rather than `10: 10 to 10:30 P.M.' <br /> • notion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Stauffer to approve the <br /> minutes of the October 28th meeting as corrected. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The Manager read the revised Ordinance 1975-007 into which he had incorporated <br /> the changes suggested at the October 28th meeting. <br /> fiction by Councilman Stauffer; seconded by Councilman Sundland to waive further <br /> readings and adopt Ordinance 1975-007. <br /> OP.DINANCE 1975-007 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE PARKING OF <br /> VEHICLES: AMENDING SECTION 720:05 OF THE <br /> 1973 CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> Before voting, the following amendments were made: <br /> Motion by Councilman Haik, seconded by Councilman Sundland to strike "in <br /> violation of the law' in the 13th line of the second paragraph. <br /> Notion to amend carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Stauffer, seconded by Councilman Sauer to change the word <br /> "during ' to "between' in the fourth sentence of the second paragraph. <br /> • Motion to amend carried unanimously. <br /> i-lotion to adopt Ordinance 10,75-007 as amended, carried unanimously. <br />
