5 <br /> The Council was reminded of the public meeting the following night regarding <br /> . the reconstruction of County Road D. <br /> The report from Larry Hamer, Supt. of Public Works, on the condition of trees <br /> within the community was filed as well as the Police and Fire Reports for <br /> October. <br /> The November 12th action of the Board of Independent School District 7- 82 not <br /> to support the multi purpose recreation center was reflected the following motion: <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Stauffer to table any <br /> further consideration of the recreation center. <br /> Notion carried unanimously. <br /> I-lotion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Haik to adopt Resolution. <br /> 775-038 whereby Municipal State Aid Street Funds in the amount of $40,x+84.06 will <br /> be appropriated for signals at the intersections of 39th Ave. NE and Silver Lane <br /> with Silver Lake Road. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-038 <br /> RESOLUTION FOR APPROPRIATION OF MUNICIPAL <br /> STATE AID FUNDS TO C.S.A.H. PROJECT <br /> • The Engineer suggested discussions of the storm sewers to be built on 29th Ave <br /> NE and possible liquidation damages against the Lamppa Construction Co. be <br /> included in the agenda for the next meeting. <br /> Fran Schuck presented the revisions he felt could be made in the remodeling <br /> plans for the new civic center which he felt might lower the cost of the job <br /> $61000 from the amount that was bid. However, when the Council considered the <br /> delay of three weeks which would result from rebidding as well as the loss of <br /> efficiencies which were in the original design, they made the following motion: <br /> Motion by Mayor Miedtke and seconded by Councilman Stauffer to accept the bid of <br /> $25;555 and award the contract for remodeling Parkview School for a civic center <br /> to Earl We ikle. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Miedtke, Stauffer and Sauer <br /> Nay: Sundland and Haik <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The Council tool: no direct action regarding proceeding with the injunction against <br /> the owners of the property on the southwest corner of 37th Avenue and Silver <br /> Lake Road. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Stauffer to deny, because <br /> of lack of information, the request that a Public Hearing be set for the December <br />
