TOC- <br /> condition of that part of Wilson St. N.E. which runs behind the wG3 <br /> to be checked for chuckholes. <br /> Richard Letourneau, Chairman of the Planning Board, attendej the rr.eeting <br /> following adjournment of the Planning Board meeting in another room rsnd re- <br /> ported that ail four members of the Board who attended that meeting would be <br /> able to participate in the joint meeting of the Council and the Board on <br /> January 26th for consideration of the final draft of the zoning ordinance. <br /> Mr. Letourneau requested further time to contact the three members of the Beard <br /> who were absent that evening to ascertain whether they would be willing to <br /> serve on the committee who were to study the sewer backup problems of the City. <br /> T^e matter was to be taken up again during the Council ' s January 13th meeting <br /> when the report on the Board's meeting that evening would be made. The Board <br /> chairman indicated that 6 of the 7 Board members had expressed a willingness <br /> to serve on the Planning Board during 1976. <br /> Mr. Dulgar reported on the progress of employee negotiations. The Mayor said <br /> that at the Mational league of Cities meeting in Miami , which he had attended, <br /> steps were taken to enable the smaller municipalities to have more impact an <br /> the funding policies of the federal agencies and a greater role in the League. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Sauer to grant cigarette <br /> licenses to Pic A Pop and Vincenzo's and a restaurant license to Vincenzo's. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland, seconded by Councilman Haik to approve payment <br /> of $9,i95.66, $349.23, $2, 194.73 and $303.70 to Comstock F Gavis. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
