ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> October 11, 1977 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Miedtke at 7 : 37 p.m. <br /> Present for roll call: Sauer, Stauffer, Miedtke, Haik and Sundland. <br /> Also present: Jim Fornell, City Manager <br /> The following corrections were made to the minutes of the Council ' s <br /> September 27, 1977 meeting: <br /> Page 2, Paragraph 1: Councilman Stauffer serves on the <br /> Metro Council Land Use advisory <br /> committee. <br /> Page 3, Paragraph 1: The kiddie concession permit for the <br /> Oktoberfest was granted to the <br /> Jaycees. <br /> Page 7, Paragraph 7: Grant monies which may be available <br /> for bikeways will be funded by the <br /> • Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Stauffer to <br /> approve the minutes for the September 27 , 1977 Council meeting as <br /> corrected. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The following correction was made to the minutes for the Special <br /> Council meeting held October 4 , 1977. <br /> Page 2 and 3: Substitute RESOLUTION "77-048" for "77-049" <br /> RESOLUTION 77-048 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT <br /> ROLL FOR THE REASSESSMENT AND APPORTIONMENT OF <br /> MISCELLANEOUS IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Stauffer to <br /> approve the October 4 , 1977 Council minutes as corrected. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The following corrections were made in the minutes for the 1978 Budget <br /> Hearing meetings: <br />
