Motion carried unanimously. <br /> • Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Sauer to approve <br /> payment of $505. 27 to Comstock & Davis for engineering services performed <br /> from August through November 12th on Street Improvement Project 1976-1. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The Manager will ascertain whether the Comprehensive Sewer Plan developed <br /> by the Comstock & Davis firm from March 17, 1975 through March 26, 1976 <br /> will meet the requirements for comprehensive planning set by the Metro <br /> Waste Control Commission and if not, make recommendations regarding its <br /> completion at the next Council meeting. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Stauffer to <br /> table until the next Council meeting any action on the bill from Comstock <br /> & Davis for $7, 144 . 40 for a Comprehensive Sewer Plan. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Sundland to approve <br /> payment of $1, 224 . 80 to the Dorsey Firm for legal services during <br /> October 1977. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Fornell will check on the $7, 800 item which Councilman Sauer <br /> questioned under the listing for Resolution 77-060 (it is Police Salaries - <br /> decreased appropriation) . Mr. Sauer also noted the marked upturn in <br /> the sales for the Apache Liquor Lounge and was curious as to why sales <br /> were up. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Sundland to ad- <br /> journ the meeting at 10 :20 p.m. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> ,4, ,X <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> (7) <br />
