CITY OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES July 10 , 1979 The meeting was called to order at 7: 30 p.m. by Mayor Haik. Present for roll call : Letourneau, Ranallo, Haik , Sundland and Sauer . Also present: Jim Fornell , City Manager Ron Berg, Administrative Assistant William Soth, City Attorney Carol Johnson, Clerk/Treasurer Motion by Councilman Letourneau and seconded by Councilman Sauer to approve as submitted the minutes for the Council meeting held June 26 , 1979 . Motion carried unanimously. The resolution authorizing the M.W.C.C. wastewater diversion, Resolution 79-048 , Economic Research site analysis proposal , and the request from Sid Johnson were accepted as addendum to the agenda . Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Sundland to adopt Ordinance 1979-006 . • ORDINANCE 1979-006 AN OpDINANCE RELATING TO PARKS, RESTRICTING FUEL USED IN PERMITTED FIRES , AND PERMITTING THE USE OF LIGHTED TENNIS COURTS DURING THE HOURS THE PARKS ARE OTHERWISE CLOSED. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Sauer to appro�,e Resolution 79-043 . RESOLUTION 79-043 A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT HENNEPIN COUNTY PREPARE A SUPPLEMENT TO AGREEMENT NO. 80228 FOR ASSESSING SERVICES FOR THE 1980 ASSESS- MENT YEAR. Motion carried unanimously. A revised format for Resolution 79-046 , presented by Mr. Soth, was accepted with the addition of the original clause providing the City with the option regarding the wastewater diversion . Plans for the rebuilding of Highcrest, including the diversion , were discussed with Steve Campbell of Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc. , the project engineer, who gave the timetable for completion of the project before winter with the assessment hearing to be held next year.
