-2- Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to adopt Resolution 79-046 approving the plans and specifications for Highcrest Road Improvement Project 1979-001 with the M.W.C.C. wastewater diversion option added. RESOLUTION 79-046 A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1979-001 Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to adopt the resolution which authorizes advertising for bids for the Highcrest Road Improvement Project. RESOLUTION 79-049 A RESOLUTION ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1979-001 . Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Sundland to adopt Resolution 79-048. RESOLUTION 79-048 • A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON HIGHCREST ROAD S .A.P. 161-110-01 FROM 33RD AVE- NUE TO 37TH AVENUE IN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to adopt the resolution which authorizes the project engineer to prepare the plans and specifications for the wastewater diversion into M.W.C.C . lines. RESOLUTION 79-050 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARA- TION OF PLANS FOR WASTEWATER DIVERSION . Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Berg said he did not believe employment by a television station should prevent Mary Bauer, 4000 Foss Road N .E. , from serving on the Cable T.V. Advisory Committee and she was appointed to serve along with two residents who had been previously appointed, Ken Hiebel , representing District #282 School Board, and Councilman Letourneau. The Administrative Assistant will oversee the group and set up their first meeting prior to the joint meeting with representatives of other municipalities which may be joining with St . Anthony in this venture.
