IL CITY OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES September 11 , 1979 s The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Sundland at 7 : 30 p.m. Present for roll call : Sauer, Sundland, Ranallo and Letourneau. Absent: Haik. Also present: Jim Fornell, City Manager; and Carol Johnson, Clerk- Treasurer. The minutes for the August 28, 1979 Council meeting were amended to add the following motion as Paragraph 1 of Page 2 : "Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to accept the recommendations of the Planning Board that the first sentence of Item C of VIII of the Concept Plan be waived finding, under Section 13, Subdi- vision 6 , Number 6f of the City Zoning Ordinance , that this restriction is 'not material but rather informational ' since the City does not have the right to either approve nor disapprove specific tenants . Motion carried unanimously. " • Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to approve as amended the minutes for the Council meeting held August 28, 1979 . Motion carried unanimously. Resolution 79-062 and the billing for Water Project 1979-002 were accepted as addendum to the agenda under #7B. Motion by Councilman Sauer and seconded by Councilman Sundland to adopt the resolution which modifies the 1979 budget to allow the transfer of $1 ,500 for the resurfacing of the south four tennis courts in Central Park. RESOLUTION 79-061 A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1979 BUDGET Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Letourneau and seconded by Councilman Ranallo to adopt the resolution which modifies the 1979 budget to allow the transfer of $56 ,000 for Water Project 1979-002 . RESOLUTION 79-062 A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1979 BUDGET Motion carried unanimously.
