ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> December 18 , 1979 <br /> • The meeting was called to order by Mayor Haik at 7 : 30 p.m. <br /> Present for roll call: Sauer, Sundland, Haik, Ranallo and Letourneau. <br /> Also present: Jim Fornell, City Manager; Ron Berg, Administrative <br /> Assistant; William Soth, City Attorney; Carol Johnson, Clerk/Treasurer; <br /> and ""George-Marks, "-Councilman=Elect. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Sauer to <br /> approve as submitted the minutes for the Council ' s December 4 , 1979 <br /> work session. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Councilman Letourneau and seconded by Mayor Haik to approve <br /> as submitted the minutes for the Council ' s regular meeting held on <br /> December 4 , 1979 . <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Resolution 79-087 was accepted as an addendum to the agenda. <br /> The shade tree program ordinance was amended to allow fifteen days <br /> rather than five for removal or treatment of a diseased tree or wood. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Sauer to <br /> adopt Ordinance 1979-007 as amended. <br /> ORDINANCE 1979-007 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA, <br /> ESTABLISHING A SHADE TREE PROGRAM, PROVIDING REGU- <br /> LATION FOR THE CONTROL OF CERTAIN DISEASES AFFECTING <br /> TREES, INCORPORATING AGENCY RULES AND REGULATIONS , <br /> AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Dr. Carr is to be contacted for his recommendations of persons with <br /> expertise in the health care field who might be willing to serve on <br /> the City' s Health Board once it is officially established. The re- <br /> vised draft of the ordinance establishing the Board did not substan- <br /> tially differ from that included in the agenda packet, the City <br /> Attorney advised. <br /> Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Letourneau <br /> to approve the first reading of Ordinance 1979-008 . <br /> ORDINANCE 1979-008 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A BOARD OF HE?
