1 Heating <br /> • 2 All Season Comfort, Inc. <br /> 3 motion carried unanimously. <br /> 4 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Enrooth to grant a temporary 3. 2 beer <br /> 5 and wine permit for the annual St. Charles Borromeo steak fry and <br /> 6 dance to be held in the school September 10, 1988 and a temporary 3.2 <br /> 7 beer permit to Dan Reeves, 1202 Jefferson Street N.E. , Minneapolis, <br /> 8 for the Scalise family reunion to be held in the Central Park <br /> 9 pavilion, Sunday, July 31st. <br /> 10 Voting on the motion: <br /> it Aye: Ranallo, Enrooth, Sundland, Makowske. <br /> 12 Nay: Marks. <br /> 13 motion carried. <br /> 14 CI.AI�S <br /> 15 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Marks to approve payment of all <br /> 16 accounts payable listed for June 30, 1988 in the July 12th agenda <br /> 17 packet with clarification that Check #01980 represented an insurance <br /> 18 premium paid to the League of Minnesota Trust. <br /> • 19 motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 There was a brief discussion with Mr. Hamer related to work to be <br /> 21 completed on the St. Anthony Boulevard Reconstruction Project before <br /> 22 the following payments he had recommended be made were moved: <br /> 23 Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve payment of <br /> 24 $174 ,224.12 to Ashbach Construction Co. for the St. Anthony Boulevard <br /> 25 project and to approve a 5% retainage to cover the cost of filling in <br /> 26 the dirt as well as withholding the cost of sodding in the fall from <br /> 27 the final payment to the contractors. <br /> 28 motion carried unanimously. <br /> 29 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Marks to approve payment of $64,806.00 <br /> 30 to Collins Electric for installation of the Kenzie Terrace pedestrian <br /> 31 signal as per recommendation of Public Works Director Hamer. This <br /> 32 amount includes a $650.00 change order to comply with the request <br /> 33 from Hennepin County related to the provision of an additional hand <br /> 34 hole on the equipment and allows for a 5% retainage. <br /> 35 motion carried unanimously. <br /> 36 Motion by Enrooth, seconded by Marks to approve the payment of <br /> 37 $1 ,045.00 to Layne Minnesota for labor and equipment costs incurred <br /> • 2 _ <br />
