These were <br /> • 2 additional costs to the $13 ,600.00 previously paid for the angle <br /> 3 drive and 150 hp motor. <br /> 4 Notion carried unanimously. <br /> 5 Motion by Enrooth, seconded by Marks to approve the following <br /> 6 payments to Rieke-Carroll-Muller Associates for engineering services <br /> 7 through June on St. Anthony projects: <br /> 8 $3 ,215.24 - temporary carbon filtration system; <br /> 9 $400.00 - Kenzie Terrace pedestrian signals; <br /> 10 $1 ,080.95 - sanitary sewer study. <br /> 11 Notion carried unanimously. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve payment of $2,000.00 <br /> 13 to Moody's Investors Service for professional rating services in <br /> 14 conjunction with the sale of $875,000.00 General Obligation-Revenue <br /> 15 Water System Bonds for the carbon filtration system being installed <br /> 16 on the City wells. <br /> 17 Notion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Marks to approve payment of $2,554.66 <br /> 19 to the Dorsey & Whitney law firm for legal services during May, 1988. <br /> • 20 Notion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 Motion by Enrooth, seconded by Makowske to approve payment of <br /> 22 $2,400.00 to the Hance & LeVahn law firm for legal services rendered <br /> 23 during July, 1988, relative to St. Anthony prosecutions. <br /> 24 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 25 Motion by Makowske, seconded by Marks to approve payment of $9,000.00 <br /> 26 to Stuart J. Bonniwell, CPA, for progress billing for the examination <br /> 27 of the City financial statements for the year which ended December <br /> 28 31 , 1987, with $6,000 to be allocated from the General Fund and <br /> 29 $3 ,000 to be allocated from the Liquor Fund. <br /> 30 Notion carried unanimously. <br /> 31 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve payment of $4,423 . 39 <br /> 32 to the Briggs and Morgan law firm for legal services rendered in <br /> 33 conjunction with the City's law suit against the U.S. Army et al <br /> 34 relative to St. Anthony's water contamination problems. <br /> 35 Notion carried unanimously. <br /> 36 Motion by Makowske, seconded by Enrooth to approve payment of <br /> 37 $1 ,265.49 to Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc. for engineering services <br /> • 3 <br />
