I last worked with the <br /> Council in 1994 and appreciate the opportunity to work with you again. <br /> Based on the retreat outline you faxed to me, I am recommending a process <br /> where staff and Council consider goals separately (in two small groups) <br /> and then agree on a final work plan together. My role would be to <br /> facilitate the dialogue, make sure everyone is heard, and produce a <br /> reasonable work plan. I understand from your fax that you would like me <br /> to write up the goals selected at the retreat, as well. <br /> Also enclosed is some information about this firm. Karen Ray Associates <br /> has a thirteen year history of providing training and consulting services for <br /> municipalities and non-profit organizations. I'm well known for energetic <br /> workshops, and discussion facilitation which informs and empowers the <br /> participants. Fees are $1,000 per day. There are no travel charges for <br /> activities conducted in the seven county ifea, and nd telephone or postage <br /> costs.
