ANTHONY I,Jar(c SesSio►ti. <br /> RESOLUTION 96-019 <br /> A JOINT RESOLUTION REGARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION <br /> BY SCHOOL DISTRICT #282 FOR RENTED SPACE IN A CITY HALL/COMMUNITY <br /> CENTER BETWEEN ST. ANTHONY/NEW BRIGHTON <br /> SCHOOL DISTRICT #282 AND THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS, St. Anthony/New Brighton School District #282 has requested to rent certain <br /> space in the new City Hall/Community Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, the School District will provide a donation of$100,000 per year beginning in <br /> 1997 through 2016 (20 years) to pay for costs related to the operation and <br /> maintenance and debt service for the space the School District requested. <br /> • NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> and the School Board of District #282 hereby approve annual payments of$100,000 by the <br /> School District to the City of St. Anthony, as outlined in the attached schedule. <br /> FOR ST.
