• 55.02 Scavengers. It is unlawful for any person, except a law enforcement officer <br /> .cting in the course of official business, to scavenge or otherwise collect refuse, <br /> recyclable materials or yard waste at the curb or from refuse containers or from <br /> recyclable materials containers without a license therefore from the City and an <br /> account relationship with the owner or occupant of the premises. Responsibility for <br /> and ownership of recyclable materials shall remain with the individual resident <br /> until collected by a licensed hauler or recyclable materials, at which time such <br /> ownership and responsibility shall pass to said hauler. <br /> Section 1160 - ANTENNAS AND TOWERS <br /> 1160.01 Definitions. The following terms will have the following meanings in this <br /> Section: <br /> Subd. 1. Antenna. Equipment used for transmitting or receiving <br /> telecommunication, television or radio signals, which is located on the <br /> exterior of, or outside of, any building or structure. For purposes of this <br /> Section, "antenna" does not include "dish antenna". <br /> Subd. 2. Dish Antenna. A parabolic shaped antenna (including all <br /> supporting apparatus) which is used for transmitting or receiving <br /> telecommunication, television or radio signals, which is located on the <br /> is <br /> exterior of, or outside of, any building or structure. <br /> Subd. 3. Tower. Any pole, spire or structure, or any combination, to which <br /> an antenna or dish antenna is, or could be attached, or which is designed for <br /> an antenna or dish antenna to be attached, and all supporting lines, cables, <br /> wires and braces. <br /> 1160.02 Permit Required; Exemptions. No antenna, dish antenna or tower of any <br /> kind may be erected, constructed or placed, or re-erected, re-constructed or replaced, <br /> anywhere within the City without first making an application for and obtaining a <br /> permit from the City, except for the following: <br /> (a) Dish antennas not greater than nine square feet in cross sectional area, , <br /> which do not exceed six feet in height as measured from the base of the <br /> dish antenna to the highest point of the dish antenna. <br /> (b) All towers or other antennas which do not exceed_six xffeet in height as <br /> measured from the base of the antenna or tower to the highest point of <br /> the antenna or tower. <br /> (c) Antennas, dish antennas and towers erected or constructed by the City <br /> for City purposes. <br /> • 11-16 <br />
