'7' 4 <br /> • Subd. 3. The following additional requirements apply to any residential <br /> district: <br /> (a) Dish antennas. <br /> (1) Dish antennas greater than nine square feet in area may <br /> not be located on the roof or exterior wall of a principal or <br /> accessory building. <br /> (2) Dish antennas may be located only in the rear yard. <br /> (b) All antennas and towers including dish antennas. <br /> (1) No antenna, dish antenna or tower may be located in the <br /> front yard. <br /> (2) No antenna, dish antenna or tower may be constructed, <br /> located or maintained, at any time, permanently or <br /> temporarily, closer to the allowed buildable area of a <br /> principal building on any adjacent lot than it is to the <br /> principal building on the lot on which it is located. <br /> • Subd. 4. The Building Official may require, as a condition to a permit, that a <br /> dish antenna installed in a non-residential district be screened from <br /> residential districts located within 100 feet of the dish antenna. <br /> 1160.06 Height Restrictions. <br /> Subd. 1. In the Residential Districts: <br /> (a) No ground mounted antenna, ground mounted tower or <br /> ground mounted tower with an antenna may exceed 65 feet in <br /> height, measured from the ground elevation at the base of the <br /> tower or antenna, whichever is lower, to the highest point of the <br /> antenna or tower, whichever is higher. <br /> (b) Towers and antennas mounted on or attached to a building or <br /> structure mav no exten an 25 feet above the highest <br /> point of the roof of the building or structure, provided that no <br /> tower or antenna may exceed 65 feet in height as measured from <br /> the ground elevation at the front building line. <br /> 0 11-18 <br />
