It is important to maintain a well kept <br /> parking lot as this one of the first things a customer notices about a retail property. <br /> Estimated cost: $12,528.00 <br /> The owners, at their expense, will further improve the north and west alleys. Included will be <br /> approximately 10 feet of new asphalt along the west building edge where the asphalt has severely <br /> deteriorated. The cost to the owner will be approximately $4,000.00. <br /> 4) The roof section above the Step by Step Montessori School is the last needing to be replaced. <br /> All other roof sections have been replaced in stages since 1990. <br /> Estimated cost: $20,000.00 <br /> As we have discussed, it is our anticipation the full $50,000.00 funding designated from the center <br /> via the TIF will be made available for use at the St. Anthony Shopping Center.
