• should know, that it will be used to plant, propagate, cultivate, grow, harvest,
<br /> manufacture, compound, convert, produce, process, prepare, test, analyze,
<br /> pack, repack, store, contain, conceal, inject, ingest, inhale, or otherwise
<br /> introduce into the human body a controlled substance in violation of this
<br /> Section.
<br /> Subd. 6. Advertising. It is unlawful for any person to place or cause to be
<br /> placed in any newspaper, magazine, handbill, or other publication any
<br /> advertisement knowing, or under circumstances where one reasonably
<br /> should know, that the purpose of the advertisement, in whole or in part, is to
<br /> promote the sale of objects designed or intended for use as drug
<br /> paraphernalia.
<br /> Sub. 7. Forfeiture. Upon final conviction for violation of a provision of this
<br /> Section, all drug paraphernalia seized as evidence shall be turned over to the
<br /> Chief of Police. Any such evidence which is adaptable to Police purposes may
<br /> be kept and used by the City's Police Department.
<br /> Such evidence which is usable, or adaptable for use in a lawful manner, may
<br /> be sold by the Chief of Police at a public auction sale, following at least two
<br /> weeks' published notice of such sale. Such evidence which would be
<br /> dangerous or unlawful to reintroduce into channels of private sale or use
<br /> • may, in the discretion of the Chief of Police, be destroyed.
<br /> Section 1145 - NOISE IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS
<br /> 1145.01 Noise in Residential Areas. No person may congregate with others because
<br /> of, or participate in, any party or gathering of people from which noise emanates of a
<br /> sufficient volume so as to unreasonably disturb the peace, quiet or repose of persons
<br /> residing in any residential area. No person may visit or remain in or about a
<br /> residential dwelling wherein such,a party or gathering is taking place, except persons
<br /> who reside at that dwelling or have gone there for the sole purpose of abating the
<br /> disturbance.
<br /> Section 1150 - OBSCENITY
<br /> 1150.01 Obscene Materials Prohibited. It is unlawful for any person, knowing or
<br /> with reason to know its content and character, to manufacture, issue, sell, offer to
<br /> sell, give away, provide, lend, rent, deliver, transfer, transmit, publish, distribute,
<br /> circulate, disseminate, publicly present, exhibit or advertise any obscene material.
<br /> 1150.02 Obscene Performances Prohibited. It is unlawful for any person knowingly
<br /> to produce, present or direct an obscene play, dance, motion picture, video or audio
