LDSI is very competent to provide the services; however, with the <br /> exception of the League their references indicated very little work with city <br /> governments. <br /> • On the other hand, NETLink has provided services to the cities of Fridley, Shoreview, <br /> Brooklyn Park and etc. Selection of this firm could be beneficial because of their <br /> previous city government experience (having already completed this process for other <br /> cities could result in less billable hours). <br /> • <br />
